I thought my holiday would be good but I was unprepared for how brilliant I would feel by the end of the week evening standard
"Thank you all so very much for your energy, expertise and inspiration"
The Caribbean is a wonderful destination for warm sunshine, great hospitality and clear warm waters. And, if you choose the right part of the Caribbean to visit, there's somewhere perfect pretty much all year round.

The Body Holiday is a lively resort (also all-inclusive) tucked away on the pretty Cariblue Beach on the northern tip of the island of St Lucia. It has a loyal following of repeat guests, popular with single travellers, small groups of friends and those seeking an all in one resort with an almost endless list of activities. As the name suggests, the resort is somewhere where you can relax your mind, rejuvenate your body and engage in as many or as few sports and activities as you wish.
Sugar Beach (formerly The Jalousie Plantation) enjoys a remarkable location on a hillside between the two famous pitons, surrounded by 325 acres of lush tropical gardens brimming with mango, coconut and papaya trees. And, of course, a magnificent beach. Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa, Bermuda
Long regarded as one of the world's most romantic spa resorts, the luxury Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa is a fabulous, adults only retreat. Weather and seasons
If you anticipated continuous sunshine and balmy trade breezes you wouldn't be too far wrong!
The Caribbean has two seasons, the dry and the wet, however they are not always very well differentiated. During the dry season, from February to June, there will often be weeks of clear sunny weather broken only by an occasional small rain shower. In the wet season, from July until January, there will still be plenty of sunshine, but with more frequent showers and occasional rainy days with no sun. There is very little temperature difference between the seasons; you can expect 25° to 29°C all year around.
