The Body Holiday, St Lucia

On the island of Antigua, we recommend the excellent Carlisle Bay, positioned on one of the islands best beaches on the unspoilt south coast.  It's a sophisticated and contemporary beachfront resort, yet relaxed and informal, and ideal for families.  Great for watersports, yoga, tennis and, at the end of a busy day in the sunshine, the gown ups can relax in the resorts excellent spa.  A PADI scuba diving centre is on-site and diving excursions can be arranged for qualified divers or you can train to become a certified diver whilst staying at the resort.

Peter Island, British Virgin Islands

For a truly special experience on a private 1,200 acre island, particularly if you would like to rent your own luxury residence, Peter Island in the BVI might be the best choice for you.  Swim, snorkel, scuba dive, read a book, rejuvenate in the spa or do absolutely nothing at all and just enjoy sitting by your pool enjoying the spectacular hilltop views.  Alternatively, you could explore the neighbouring islands, fish for Blue Marlin or play tennis on one of four superb courts, two of which are lit for cooler evening play.

GoldenEye, Jamaica
