Our favourite spot for fitness training in Provence is the beautiful Terre Blanche estate. For about 5 hours every day there is a wide schedule of fitness classes for all levels. Try anything from cardio, pilates, core training and zumba. The fitness club is extremely well equipped with Technogym and kinesis machines. In addition, the spa offers a biomechanical clinic assessment, which fully assesses each of your muscles’ potential. On top of all this, there is of course ample opportunity for tennis, golf, swimming as well as beautiful hiking opportunities.
