Whether you are an absolute beginner looking to discover the joys of yoga for the first time or are much more advanced, our friendly experienced yoga teachers are all hand-picked and ready to look after you.

The teachers can visit you at your villa and give you a private yoga class on your terrace or in the garden, or take you down to a quiet spot on the beach for an extra special experience.

At The Healthy Holiday Company we are strong believers in the power and benefits of yoga and hope you will take the opportunity to enjoy some yoga whilst you're holidaying in the Cape.  We can arrange yoga classes for you every day if you wish.  We suggest that morning classes should be invigorating to set you up for the day, whilst evening classes should be more relaxing and restorative - the perfect wind down at the end of your day.
