grilled fruit platter
Fantastic served with plain yoghurt and a sprinkling of fresh mint.
Mix together some fresh orange juice with a tablespoon of runny honey.
Quarter some figs and peaches and slice a banana or two in half lengthways – gently drizzle the orange and honey mixture on top and place under a medium grill until lightly browned.
Transfer to a serving platter and squeeze a passion fruit over the top. Serve with plain yoghurt and a sprinkling of fresh mint. A great zesty, satisfying finish that won’t leave you with any guilt pangs!
