Since 2003, our chefs have been preparing delicious healthy cuisine for guests on our in:spa retreats and we thought you would appreciate it if we shared some of these with you.  Our recipes, created with the help of some of London’s leading nutritionists, avoid using wheat, dairy, gluten, salt, sugar, red meat and alcohol – so they’re really good for you too!

Over the coming weeks and months we’ll be adding more and more new recipes, so feel free to check back regularly.  In the meantime, we have a great selection of recipes already available under the following categories:

Breakfasts •  Soups •  Salads •  Dressings, Dips & Salsas •  Fish •  Poultry •  Vegetarian •  Smoothies •  Deserts

An in:spa diet consists of light, innovative food that makes use of the highest quality fresh local fruits, vegetables, fish, poultry and other ingredients (all organic when possible) and offers the perfect blend of nutritious and delicious cuisine. Alongside targeted exercise, it is a formula that encourages deep cellular cleansing and rejuvenation that hundreds of our guests have enjoyed and greatly benefited from.

As we all know, modern lifestyles, particularly in cities, tend to drive us to consuming foods and drinks that burden our bodies. This leaves them lacking in essential nutrients, taxes their reserves and depletes vitality.

Regular, focussed periods of healthy eating is a sensible antidote to this somewhat inevitable pattern. Unburdening your system, exercising and relaxing allows your body time to restore its vitality. Following such a programme regularly can be the ultimate support in preventative healthcare. An in:spa retreat is the perfect environment to practise and learn more about nutrition.

By the end of an in:spa retreat you are likely to feel a deep sense of renewal and increased energy, along with the awareness that you have regained some control over your wellbeing. You will also be well equipped to incorporate at least some of what you have learnt into your daily routine when you get home.

The food is sensational… House & Garden
