The Dalit Bay Golf & Country Club is an excellent 18 hole par 72 championship course to challenge and entertain you.

Part of the Shangri La Rasa Ria Resort, the Dalit Bay Golf & Country Club is located within a 400-acre tropical setting in Sabah, close to Pantai Dalit Beach.

Formerly a mangrove swamp, the Dalit Bay Golf & Country Club features an 18-hole par-72 golf course designed by Ted Parslow. Carefully crafted to compliment the natural beauty found in Sabah, the Dalit Bay also shares a view of magnificent Mount Kinabalu in the distance and is bordered by the Mengkabong and Tambalang rivers. Surrounded by nature, wildlife spotting may also be enjoyed while on the course.

A wetland course, it’s not surprising to find that water is a prominent feature here (as pictured above).  Along with its water hazards, the numerous bunkers and natural greenery provide a stimulating and rewarding challenge for players of every level. Dalit Bay’s signature par-3 hole 11 stretches over 150 metres across the Tambalang River, which flows into the South China Sea, and requires you to land your ball on a gently sloping green with bunkers on either side.

Aaron Johnston, Rasa Ria’s resident golf professional with 12 years of teaching experience in Asia, is also available on site to help players improve their golf techniques.

Guests staying at Shangri La Rasa Ria benefit from a discount on the standard green fees.  There are further discounts for Juniors.

There is a free shuttle service from the resort to the golf club - only a few minutes away.
