spa antigua

Our recommended resort hotels in Antigua both have superb spas...

The Blue Spa at Carlisle Bay, at 17,000 sq.ft., has six luxurious treatment rooms, one dedicated wet room, a couples treatment room, sauna, plunge pools, juice bar, hair salon and an all-important relaxation zone.  The Spa uses Natura Bisse products - a pioneering Spanish skincare brand that uses the latest technological advances with impressive results.

Choose from Signature Rituals, facials, body treatments, massages, and manicures / pedicures.  There's even a treatment list for teens.

At Curtain Bluff, the tranquil and intimate 5,000 sq.ft spa sits apart from the rest of the resort and is just a few feet from the sea. All four treatment rooms have wide-open views over the water to distant Montserrat, Cades Reef, St. Kitts, Nevis and Redonda. Before treatments, guests can sit outside sipping tea brewed from herbs fresh picked from the spa’s own garden. Afterwards, guests can relax on the open verandah, sitting in the Jacuzzi on the cliff edge and snacking on “Spa Bites” like steamed asparagus, fruit and vegetable kebabs.

Both resorts also offer yoga and pilates.

One of the Caribbean's most exclusive resorts, set on its own private island a short boat ride from Antigua, Jumby Bay has five personal spa suites, including a special duet suite, feature luxurious linens, individual showers and personal relaxation terraces with breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. Treatments integrate native ingredients grown in Jumby Bay’s own gardens, and include bamboo massage, exfoliation and facials in addition to manicures, pedicures and hair salon services. Among the most treasured treatment highlights are the handmade hammocks — where guests float "mid-air," as massage therapists attend to pressure points in the head, back, hands and feet, releasing tension from the body.

Jumby Bay offers pilates.
