Your stay in Sri Lanka includes visits to the Cultural Triangle, Kandy and the Ceylon Tea Trails. Then a night in Colombo before flying on to the Maldives for 3 nights at Baros en route to the UK.
From Colombo, you will be driven to Vil Uyana, a beautiful country hideaway in the heart of the Cultural Triangle. The next day you will visit Anuradhapura, an ancient capital, and Mihintale, the birthplace of Sri Lankan Buddhism.
Your driver will take you for a visit to the Sigiriya Rock Fortress, Polonnaruwa, and the Minneriya National Park for a safari.
In Kandy you will view a traditional Kandyan dance, visit the Temple of the Tooth, and relax in the peaceful Botanical Gardens. You then take the train through fantastic mountainous scenery to Nuwara Eliya and continue to Hatton by car.
At your luxury Tea Trails bungalow you have some time at leisure to enjoy the outstanding services and amazing location.
