Sen Wellness Sanctuary is located in a pristine National Park; surrounded by nature, this wellness retreat offers a place of escape for all of its guests. The Sanctuary’s wellness retreats offer yoga, meditation, acupuncture, osteopathy, Ayurveda and more.

A bespoke 14 day package to encourage meaningful life changes and improvements. The wellness retreat includes:

Full consultation with our Resident Ayurvedic Doctor on arrival and prior to departure, with daily support
2-3 Ayurvedic therapies daily according to your body type, totalling approximately 90 minutes
Daily yoga classes, open to all levels
Ayurvedic herbal medicine to support your retreat
Acupuncture treatment (if suitable for your constitution as advised by doctor)
Weekly meditation led by our visiting Buddhist Monk
Two private one-hour sessions with our yoga teacher
One private one-hour gong bath/meditation with our visiting Buddhist Monk
Dietary advice and dietary guideline sheet personalised to your health needs during your stay and to take home
