Full consultation with our Resident Ayurvedic Doctor on arrival and prior to departure, with daily support
2-3 Ayurvedic therapies daily according to your body type, totalling approximately 90 minutes
Daily yoga classes, open to all levels
Ayurvedic herbal medicine to support your retreat
Acupuncture treatment (if suitable for your constitution as advised by doctor)
Weekly meditation led by our visiting Buddhist Monk
One private one-hour session with our yoga teacher or gong bath/meditation with our visiting Buddhist Monk
