The programme involves daily morning meditation and yoga class in either the indoor or outdoor yoga studio and sun down Yin Yoga. Whether you’re a beginner, intermediate or expert, Yoga at Shanti Som is especially created for those who want a short break from the stresses of the world and reconnect with their inner self.
