The Kingdom of Bhutan is a place of soaring 7,000m Himalayan peaks, glacial river valleys and evergreen forests. Amankora comprises five lodges dotted across this ancient land. Amankora Paro is where your journey in Bhutan normally starts or finishes.
Amankora Paro’s huge guest suites are styled with a combination of wood and black steel walls creating an air of ultra-modern chic, and all rooms have equally impressive views.
The dining room serves a choice of two set menus for every meal, featuring either Bhutanese cuisine, or Western, Indian or Thai. Each of Amankora’s outposts has a communal lounge where a selection of drinks is laid out in the evening and Bhutanese musicians sometimes play. Paro is no different. Simply take what you fancy or mix yourself a cocktail and sit back to soak in the sunset.
All suites at Amankora Paro are huge, styled with a combination of wood and black steel walls creating an air of ultra-modern chic, and all rooms have equally impressive views.
Amankora Paro is 15 minutes from Bhutan’s airport. Fly in to Bhutan from Delhi, Bangkok or Singapore.
