amanruya

7 nights from £3,135 amanruya bodrum

Amanruya is a fabulous, luxurious all-season resort offering superb accommodation on the beautiful northern coast of the Bodrum Peninsula. The sea views are spectacular.

Amanruya is a tranquil all-season resort, surrounded by pine forests and an ancient olive grove, situated on the beautiful Mandalya Bay. The styling is inspired by the region's traditional architecture and building methods combining Mediterranean and Ottoman design elements. A series of courtyards and terraces on the hillside gives a village feel while still retaining a wonderful sense of space.

The 36 pool cottages are all spacious and luxurious, and each has a private garden and pool.  The 75 sqm cottages include a bedroom, living room and an open bathroom area. Styled with local stone, dark acajou wood furniture and white Turkish marble floors, the cottages offer cool accommodation during the heat of the summer months. During the winter, the living room includes an open fire that transforms your cottage into a warm, cosy space.

For those who want to be active, Amanruya has a fitness room and a tennis court, or you can swim a few lengths in Amanruya’s 50m infinity swimming pool lined with green marble from Antalya in southern Turkey. The region also offers natural distractions including winding trails ideal for hiking, mountain biking or horse riding, and beautiful beaches and forest glades ideal for picnics. Boating and other water sports take precedence throughout the summer months, and a nearby golf club offers avid golfers their fix.

If you simply wish to relax, treat yourself to an indulgent spa treatment or, to enjoy the sunshine, lie by the pool or stroll down to the informal Beach Club which consists of a series of terraces on which sun loungers overlook the small pebble beach and a wooden jetty. Refreshments and a range of water sports equipment are available.

The resort offers four Dining Pavilions serving Turkish, continental and Asian inspired dishes. Due to the variety of microclimates in Turkey, the kitchen is able to offer an ever-changing seasonal menu. Each pavilion offers a different setting and all have sea views. Picnic and in-suite dining are also possible. A Terrace and Wine Lounge and casual dining venue at the Beach Club completes the dining options.
